Consultation has concluded

The Township of South Stormont is developing a new Strategic Action Plan to guide decision-making over the next five years.

The development of the Strategic Action Plan will consider previous strategic plans for the Township, needs identified by Council and staff, as well as significant public engagement to ensure the direction of the Plan aligns with the needs and wishes of the community.

Linton Consulting Services Inc. have been hired to assist with the process and development of the Plan and have begun moderating strategic planning sessions with Council and Senior Administration.

The first public engagement exercise, a Citizen Questionnaire is now complete. The questionnaire was designed to gather input from the community that will give us a high-level view of the community's thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses of the Township, and feedback on what we need to accomplish over the next few years.
